Terms of Sale

1. Products All artworks sold on this website are original acrylic paintings, hand-painted by pampalace. Due to the handmade nature of each piece, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur compared to photos shown online.

2. Pricing and Payment All prices are listed in euros (€). As a French auto-entreprise, VAT is not applicable (article 293B of the French General Tax Code). Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. I accept the payment methods listed at checkout.

3. Shipping, Customs and Duties Orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 7 business days of purchase. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Customs & Taxes For orders shipped outside the European Union (including the US, UK, Switzerland, French overseas territories/ DOM TOM...), items may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local clearance fees levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs. All customs fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds As each artwork is an original, one-of-a-kind piece, i do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and i will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property All images, descriptions, and content on this website are the property of pampalace and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability I'm not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.
